Aspire is a non profit youth mentor group that serves males and females ages 11-18. The mission of Aspire is to equip youth with the knowledge and skills to become engaged and empowered. Aspire was founded in September of 2009 by four professional women. Aspire began as a female youth club and has since evolved into a teen mentoring program for males and females. Aspire members have participated in several college tours, community service activities such as: high way clean ups, winter closet (clothes giveaway), and much more. Aspire has participated in awareness marches, and supports other community organizations with like goals. Aspire is most known for its hot topic group discussions that allow its members to speak freely though guided facilitated teen summit style meetings. During it’s meetings Aspire prides it-self on confidentiality between members, and the bonds that have been established throughout the years.
